This is an extremely important and varied role. Client care is the backbone of the practice and is responsible for providing a first class service to our clients, both in person if at the clinic and over the phone.

You should have a friendly and positive outlook, with a caring and compassionate telephone manner, and be committed to and experienced in the delivery of excellent customer care. In addition, we would love for someone to be able to join us on the Out Of Hours (OOH) rota of 1:5 weeknights and weekends for the care of any inpatients including all yard duties and assisting the vets as required. This addition to the rota is desirable, but not essential.

Veterinary experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but knowledge and experience of handling horses is essential.
